Flourish at Texas A&M (version 1)

THE PROJECT

Flourish at Texas A&M, designed for full-time faculty and staff, aimed to fill a wellness gap in a student-focused environment. When COVID-19 disrupted our efforts to become a staple for an underserved community, my role shifted to crafting creative solutions amidst the uncertainties.

THE WORK

Working closely with the program's Executive Director, I led a symposium to refine Flourish's brand, implemented a ground-level communications strategy, and addressed communication gaps within the university workforce. We realized that our overall brand guide was missing audience personas, a tone of voice, and a clear mission statement. To ensure a cohesive identity, I collaborated an external agency to help create a unified Flourish while using the brand materials I had at hand.
