THE PROJECT
The University of Chicago Medicine (UChicago Medicine) recently underwent an internal restructuring, increasing the need for temporary contractors to manage expanded project workloads related to digital and patient communication strategies. Ensuring continuity and alignment with the institution’s mission to deliver exceptional patient care and health education required cohesive and impactful marketing materials and online resources.
THE WORK
To enhance UChicago Medicine’s digital presence, I focused on updating web information, building new web and landing pages, and managing email campaigns that improved patient engagement and streamlined communications. I also contributed to The Forefront (Health & Science News) by adding articles that showcased the institution's latest advancements and health initiatives. Additionally, I supported patient-focused efforts by developing clinic print materials that provided clear, accessible information, further enhancing the overall patient experience.
