Texas A&M's Division of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness

THE PROJECT

The Division of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness (HROE) at Texas A&M University experienced substantial growth, increasing from under 80 to over 300 employees. This expansion included the establishment of six on-site customer support hubs at the unit level, providing readily available resources to assist employees. With this significant expansion, there was a heightened demand for cohesive departmental marketing and communication resources.

THE WORK

The HROE website was initially designed as an information reservoir for internal use, posing accessibility challenges for employees working outside the division. In response, I spearheaded a comprehensive project to audit HROE's digital presence, encompassing the website and social media platforms. Additionally, I played a key role in developing consistent brand materials to enhance overall communication in line with Texas A&M University standards.

*Cassidy was an embedded employee assigned work for the Division of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness but reported to the Division of Marketing and Communications.
