Living Well at Texas A&M

THE PROJECT

Texas A&M University's official employee wellness program is underwent a re-packaging process to enhance its visibility as an integral part of the Texas A&M identity. This initiative aims to preserve the key recognition elements established by the Flourish programs while extending services to include all nineteen remote campuses, teaching locations, and state agencies.

THE WORK

The post-pandemic return to work, coupled with the great resignation, heightened the demand for mental health and well-being resources. This also necessitated innovative approaches to communication in oversaturated areas. My strategy included subscription-based newsletters, guerrilla-style promotional materials, engaging employee hype videos, the introduction of a wellness influencer program, and the utilization of additional social media platforms. These initiatives played a significant role in expanding the reach of our audience base.

*Cassidy first served as an employee who reported directly to Living Well at Texas A&M leadership then as an embedded employee assigned Living Well work but reported to the Division of Marketing and Communications.
